A poem and video I created to go along with it during Covid for a wider poetry anthology I published:
This is from a collection of poetry I wrote called 'When We Wake Up Let's Wake Up Together'. I wrote this collection during Corona. It is about loss, boredom, and a changing global society. It looks at the silver lining of Corona and in the last two chapters I focus on the 'Chrysalis' element where we could come out stronger; more connected and a how we could have a slower approach to the way we live our lives.
